We believe that a project is only as good as its design and drawings and understand that one of the biggest problem areas can be interpretation of drawings. We specilaise in smoothing this transaction, by fully checking drawings against the site, interrogating surveys and ensuring everything adds up. Then by installing robust datums and gridlines that all trades can reference we can ensure the drawings are followed correctly.
In addition to these short term visits, we can offer a one stop shop for running sites. Not only implementing the above checks, we can supply a streamlined site team to offer site operation service. Pre-build Checks & Detection
Often on a project there can be multiple designers representing a variety of design disciplines. This has the opportunity to lead to clashing and unforeseen issues.
We can offer a final check service, by taking each AFC drawing and overlaying, all the way back to original survey.
Achieved by means of 3D render for clarity, this service is conducted remotely so there's no disruption to site.
Setting Out
We pride ourselves on offering a unique service to the industry. We know that setting out is often not a full time requirement so why not pay for what you need, we want to keep your project moving.
